Waiting, Waiting, Waiting for the Free Cookbook

I've been working at getting the cookbook finished in time for Christmas, but I'm not going to make it--at least not for the 25th of December on the Gregorian calendar. Instead, I'll try for Epiphany, the 6th of January, which is when Western Christian churches celebrate the visit of the Magi to the infant Jesus. Eastern Christian churches celebrate Christmas on December 25th of the Julian calendar, which corresponds to January 7 in the Gregorian calendar, the day after Western churches celebrate Epiphany.
