15 Minute Main Dish: Air Fryer Honey-Mustard Pork Chops

If you're short on time and want a great dinner, try these simple Honey-Mustard Pork Chops. The chops cook in 10-15 minutes in your air fryer and come out moist and tender. The honey and mustard glaze complements the pork well and can be mixed up in a cup in minutes. I line my air fryer basket with aluminum foil to speed cleanup. The recipe is incredibly easy for yielding such succulent, flavorful pork chops! Enjoy!

Air Fryer Honey-Mustard Pork Chops -- Serves 2

2 pork chops, each 3/4-1-inch thick

1 - 2 tablespoons of grainy mustard (depending on how much you like mustard)

2 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of water

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Cut a piece of aluminum foil large enough to fit in your air fryer basket and about two inches up the sides of the basket. Spritz the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Lay the pork on the sprayed foil and season it with salt and pepper (on both sides). In a small bowl or cup mix together until well combined the mustard, honey, water, and onion powder. Pour half of the mixture over the pork chops. Put the pork-filled basket in the air fryer, set the temperature at 400 degrees, and air fry the pork chops for 5 - 6 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Flip the chops, pour the remaining honey-mustard mixture over them, and cook the chops for another 5-9 minutes or until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145 (don't overcook the pork chops!). Let the pork chops rest a few minutes before serving them.
