Who's Behind the Project?
Malcolm is a retired pastor in the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church. A graduate of Penn State University and Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Malcolm served churches in the Virginia Conference for some 50 years. He lives in Chesapeake, Virginia, with CAT.
Leigh is Malcolm's daughter. She lives in northern Virginia and worked for the Federal Government for some 30 years. She now writes, cooks, and goes to the gym a lot to try to work off calories from testing recipes.
This team member brings her delightful, if sometimes somnolent, personality and relevant experience to the taste-testing stage of the project. CAT particularly enjoys assisting with the testing of poultry and dairy items.
